Argentina 123 8. Czech Republic 9. Portugal 10. Turkey 11. France 12. Russia 13. Romania 14. Cameroon 15. England 16. Scotland 16. Bulgaria 18. Greece 19. Israel 20. Ghana 21. Egypt 22. Uruguay 23. Ivory Coast 24. Mexico 25. Paraguay 26. Ukraine 27. Nigeria 28. USA 29. Colombia 30. Poland Cyprus is 65th on the list. |
