Skopje. France does not consider the violence during the general elections in Macedonia as democracy and does not encourage the new EU presidency to assist the country on its way to the EU’, a high-ranking representative of the cabinet of France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy said before journalists from the EU member states and candidate member states at the on the eve of France taking on the EU presidency, Macedonian Dnevnik newspaper writes on Wednesday.
