  | Opera & Pop Opera Anyone listens to opera and pop opera? I am a big fan of Pavarotti and Il Divo. Here is Il Divo - "The Times of Our Lives", with Toni Braxton. It is from their DVD "Encora". It was the song for the FIFA World Cup 2006. Really good.

| Re: Opera & Pop Opera This must be one of the best duet ever. James Brown & Pavarotti in "It's A Man's World" in a concert organized by Pavarotti in his home town Modena to raise funds to help the refugees of Sudan (I think). It was broadcast live on TV.

Who sang the rock version? Yes, I just discovered means I just discovered (James Brown), about 2 or 3 months ago only. He is really great. I like his videos "Good Foot" and "I Feel Good" on YouTube. | Re: Opera & Pop Opera Il Divo - Caruso A stunning performance with four tenors singing this song. Actually there are only 3 out of the 4 who are tenors, but all of them did an excellent job.
But after watching this, one would have to watch Pavarotti sing this song to see the purity of his voice which cannot be matched by anyone. | |||

Truly irreplaceable. In the version he sang in the CD "Tutto Pavarotti", when he was younger, his voice went even higher and was crystal clear. I forgot to breathe through the whole song. | |||
