Anyone listens to opera and pop opera? I am a big fan of Pavarotti and Il Divo.
Here is Il Divo - "The Times of Our Lives", with Toni Braxton. It is from their DVD "Encora". It was the song for the FIFA World Cup 2006. Really good.

This must be one of the best duet ever. James Brown & Pavarotti in "It's A Man's World" in a concert organized by Pavarotti in his home town Modena to raise funds to help the refugees of Sudan (I think). It was broadcast live on TV.

James Brown was the Godfather of Soul. Really great singer and performer. I recently discovered him.

Yes yes. This one is really really nice. Absolutely beauiful. Liked both 'versions' from Pavarotti and Brown.
First time I hear it though, unfortunately.
I think I will make another 900,000 views. Heh. Winking smilie
And what do you mean you recently discovered James Brown 'really' ????? *shocked*

And this is a rock/gothic/whatever remix for 'Nighwish'.
They didnt have a video clip for this song. So, I guess is pretty much the same with the one above.

Soulitaire, I find them both awesome too. I am really a big fan of both. Glad you liked the video. :filaki3:
Psycho, thanks for the videos. They are very nice. I have not seen the movie yet, if I have time, I am going to watch it. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Who sang the rock version?
Yes, I just discovered means I just discovered (James Brown), about 2 or 3 months ago only. He is really great. I like his videos "Good Foot" and "I Feel Good" on YouTube. Did you see them?
He he, Parios, French music, classical music, Elvis, opera etc. You are turning hum old like me, Psycho. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
A stunning performance with four tenors singing this song. Actually there are only 3 out of the 4 who are tenors, but all of them did an excellent job.

But after watching this, one would have to watch Pavarotti sing this song to see the purity of his voice which cannot be matched by anyone.

Truly irreplaceable. In the version he sang in the CD "Tutto Pavarotti", when he was younger, his voice went even higher and was crystal clear. I forgot to breathe through the whole song.
^ The Phantom Of The Opera is awesome Ive seen it performed live , twice , and the music to it is enthralling!
