How many of you like Tsifteteli

How many of you listen to Tsifteteli on here. I personally dont like it much.

Modern Greece will collapse without the tsifteteli. I love it (not dancing it of course).

The Greek tsiftelli I think hes evolved away from the Middle East versions. Tsiftelli is fast bouzouki as opposed to the others.

Personally I don't feel so excited by the tsifteteli rythm as a music standard, unlike Zembekiko. But tsifteteli is great for dancing and escorting when being with a big company at a party or a celebration.

Tsifteteli is great to listen to. I dont like to dance I no like it too much. It can be a good sexual experience to watch a sexy Greek princess dance it.

Well, tsiftetelli does sound a bit different from you're typical belly dance. But anyways, the belly dance/tsiftitelli's origins aren't really just Turkish but Middle Eastern (Persians and Arabs have their input in that dance too).

Yes the Greek tsiftedeli has evolved much to an extent that it sounds more Greek than Oriental.
