This is definately interesting and I hope it works in favor of the Serbs. Kosovo is Serbian and should of never been given the right to become independenet.

Judges will issue a non-binding ruling on Serbia's claim that Kosovo's declaration of independence was a violation of its territorial integrity.
If the ICJ sides with Serbia, Kosovo could be pushed into negotiating a settlement. The opposite could see more countries recognising its independence...

I hope the ICJ do side with Serbia. There is only one word that can describe an Albanian presence in Kosovo: EVIL. Unfortunately, US foreign policy disagrees with that. They'd rather side with the Muslim terrorists who caused all this mess. I only see two possible outcomes:
1. The ICJ side with Serbia and the Serbs gain back Kosovo or Serb populated areas. The Albanians wont settle for this and will probably start another war.
2. The ICJ side with the Albanians in Kosovo and they keep their independence.

I wish Serbia and the Serb people all the best. We Greeks are behind you! Whether it be in this life or the next, the Albanians WILL pay for their crimes against Orthodox Christians!

If they rule in favour of the muslims then it sets a precedent that any world or regional power can get people inside another country they want influence in to "be indepedent" so they can use that as a reason to invade. Even if those people are recent newcomers to said region.

No surprise there, anything else would have shocked me, I mean, when was the last time the USA sponsored court rule on the side of justice?

I just hope the Serbian portion of Bosnia and the Kurds declare their independence but I am willing to bet it will be Thrace that declares Turkish independence before anybody else and Jeffrey do shit about it.

The ICJ ruled in favour of the Albanians. I'm truly disgusted at this outcome, although I'm not surprised. This is just going to go down as another bullshit US policy against Orthodox Christians. When the US comes crumbling down, no one on this earth will be there to help them. That will be their ultimate punishment.

In many of the cases, the countries in favour of the ruling have people living in their lands that have been there hundreds of years or even thousands of years (indigenous peoples like Asia Minor) compared to the mere few decades the muslim albanians have lived in Kosovo....

What you are saying is right, but this is how hypocritical the West is. For instance, the Republika Srpska in Bosnia also want independence, and many countries, mainly the US, have basically said "NO" to the idea and will most likely bomb the Serbs if they attempt any form of independence. Now, how is that fair? If the Serbs in Bosnia want independence, isn't it their right to be free of that Islamic Government? If the Albanians in Kosovo can just break off like that why cant they? Who are the US to dictate who can and cant gain independence? This is why no one respects the US, especially in Europe and Hellas. They push their weight around and act like the judge, jury and persecutor. They have no dignity and respect, not even for themselves. The US could be such a great nation and do right by a lot of people, but they always seem to pick the wrong side. (Albanians and Bosnians over Serbs - Albanians, Skopians and Turks over Greeks - Arabs over Assyrians, etc, etc, etc).

Hopefully Armenia will be able to declare independence to that piece of Azerbaijan, the Serbs can secede from the terrible federation that is Bosnia where the Muslims hold all the power and of course all hell must break loose in Vardarska "Monkeydonia" Banovina. There is an increase in concern for Occupied Cyprus though.
