Yes I do. One of my father's friends happens to be a Dodekathiest.

So what exactly does he believe in?

If Im not mistaken they believe in the twelve Gods paganism in other words. In Greece from what I recall their is around 100,000 that follow that religion.

I actually saw a special here in NY last year I forgot which channel which they talked about modern Greek pagans and they stated that it is estimated that their is over 100,000 Greek pagans. They could of over exagerated it...

I've seen many times Dodekatheists fighting with Orthodox Christians in TV channels.

They worship the 12 Olympian gods. Some of them have one specific Olympian god they worship. They are singing hymns to them and sometimes they get gathered at the foothills of Olympus and make ceremonies (processions etc.). As far as I know they are not making animal sacrifices like in the past. They are still a very small minority compared to the Greek Orthodox Christians.
