Favorite television shows in your country?

Here in the States Im a big fan of As the world turns, Murphy Brown and Cheers. Thats about it for American TV. Also I like watching American Idol. We had the Greek Constatine Maroulis who almost made it.

Hmmm I like the old tv shows. All in the family, The Jeffersons hahaha, Three's Company, Looney Tunes, Flinstones and Tom and Jerry. These new tv shows that they make I cant stand watching them. They just get on my nerves.

I am not a TV freak. I mainly use TVit for news, football and occasionaly for a good movie or documentary.

My favourite shows this season are Athlitiki Kyriaki (Sports show in NET), Tois metritois (Questions game in NET) and Mitsi-hosta (Comedy show in Alter)

I like well-written dramas: The Shield (nasty Greek, Michael Chiklis stars), 24, Rome, Deadwood (the highest profanity count per minute short of a rap concert), Law and Order, you get the drift.
Sitcoms: Seinfeld, Friends, Fraser, Cheers, Taxi all gone but loved. Of the new ones I like (embarassingly so) Two and a half Men. I watch a lot of TV when I'm on these forums as I have a set in my office.

Όταν ήμουν 10-12 χρονών έβλεπα κάτι σήριαλ μαζί με τη μάνα μου (της Ελλάδας τα παιδιά, ταύρος και τοξότης κτλ. κτλ.) :)

Τώρα τα βαριέμαι, δε βλέπω καθόλου Ελληνικές σειρές. Έτσι όπως έχει καταντήσει και η τηλεόραση γενικά....
