Great Youtube video on Greece in WW2

Greece had a very important presence in the WW2 no doubt about it and I think that is something of what sould be talk more,in the schools, the TV, I don't understand why they don't do it, sincerely I wish the people know more about what Greece did, if you ask to somebody about it they don't know anything.
And how Hellenika says,

They were in fact delayed. Hitler never wanted to go into Greece in the first place, it was on account of Mussolini's failure in Greece that the Germans had to go there. Hitler thought he would go right in and clean house, just like Mussolini thought. Both could have used some history lessons on the Greeks.

Anyhow, Germany went in encountered great resistance from the Greeks, Germany had to keep sending in more troops, more supplies, more weapons and they got completely sidetracked in Greece.

Yes, the German invasions of Yugoslavia and Greece (6 April 1941-1 June 1941) delayed the invasion of the Soviet Union for two months. That delay meant that they did not capture Moscow, but were still on its outskirts when one of the worst winters since 1812 hit. The Germans had planned to knock the Russians out of the war before winter and were not prepared for it.

Combine that with the fact that many German troops were tied down in garrison duty in the Balkans instead of on the Eastern Front may have changed the outcome of the war.

Maybe in the books don't say much about the Greeks, but tell me,did you know that Mexico help to the WW2 sending "Escuadron Mexicano de Caza 201"(Hunting Mexican squadron 201) nobody says much and i don't feel bad about it.

I have Greek ancestry and i would like that the people knew more than what Greece did, at the same I would like that they gave more importance to what mexico did.
And I'm not saying that the guilty are the jews.

Just so it is on the record, Greece suffered over 300,000 deaths in World War II out of a pre-war population of 7.2 million. That is over 4% of the population.

Only 20,000 of those were military deaths during the German invasion, the rest were civilians & partisans.

Yes pretty badly, and how i said before, I would like that the people knew more than what Greece did in the WW2 They did a great job and many people don't know about it.
And how I said before too, All about the WW2 deserve respect.
Greece is a great country that did too much and lost many people like other countries in Europe during the World War II and I would not say more, because i don't want enter in a fight.

Ok, I mentioned him because hes prolific in the subject of WW2 and there didn't seem to be a problem with him until recently.

Sheer numbers is a lot! More Russian dead than the Jews in the world! They're population hasn't really recovered since. At the turn of the century Russia's population was 200 million never recovered to those numbers.

Yeah, but the percentage of Russian dead was less than 14%. The Jews suffered over 60% losses. They were the most effected group in the war.

Greece suffered 4% losses in the war and my country only 1%. If I say Greeks suffered four times worse than the Italians, I am not saying that the people in my family's home town who were murdered by the Germans didn't matter. All innocent deaths mattered. I am just talking about how much more of an impact World War II had on the Greek people as a whole.

What Jew denied that the Turks commited genocide against Armenians or the Greeks in Anatolia? I'll answer you're question. I judge people individually, regardless of race. Its the only fair way. I and others have stated our problems with the holocaust industry, etc. i think they're legit questions and aren't based on hate. What surprises me is that you're going out of you're way to downplay the plight of you're own countrymen over the plight of another group. I will agree with you until the day a Jewish organization funds a museum dedicated to the Greek resistance in World War 2. After all, isn't that fair enough?? Now this is my final post on this topic so after you read it, you can finally get off online, eat something and finally get some rest. And by the way don't tell any Italians that they had it "good" during WW2, becasue the relatives of those 16 dead Italians won't like that at all. Also since you seem to be a very staunch anti-racist, you about you ease off on Turks, after all you want to be fair and consistant.
