I believe they are called okra if Im not mistaken. Its a vegetable that many dont actually like to eat but I love them especially when they are dipped in tomatoe sauce.

Once I went to a Lebanese restaurant and they have some kind of raw meat. Apparently it was a delicacy. Well it has to be well prepared since it is raw. (No, I did not try it.)
