We dont have to waste time of naming that state because Albanians are going to take over like what they are doing now at Kossovo (Kossyfopedio-Blackbird area). A) -istan.
You know i'm going to assert that this suffix originates from the Hellinic word Istimi or Istamai or Stekomai.

I thought about what I know for the ar-, I also tried to find out something in the dictionary-lexikon of Liddell-Scott and I rather gained more doubts for the meaning of the ar-.
What I know about it :
Ares , hellenic god of war, called Ares by the hellenic thracian subrace because of his white skin,which was similar to snow.( On a humorous way we can call him Snow-white).
Ar-istos (the superior man, distinguished, best etc). ((Aryan in sanskrit has the same meaning, Aryana Vaeda was called Hellas by Indians)).
Ariani or Areia was an area located in north Persia.

What I got from lexicon adding to above:
Arios was an older name for Medians-Persians or for a part of them.

Proto-Hellenic word "Ar" must had the meaning of "land/area". The names of some areas like Arcadia, Armenia, Arabia originate from there. The word "Aryan" came later and had the meaning of "indigenous" I can guess.

I didn't know there is also a connection of the word with "white". It is an interesting issue I must have a look.
