Now lets see are you a Pontic Greek or a Turk I dont know but I will assume that you are a Turk? Also Armenia has every right to blame the Turks due to history.

Difference between Ottomans and Turk? Present day Turks are not real Turks. They are mixed of European and mongol from the Ottoman side. Heck I bet a population in Turkey who believe they are Turkish are most likely not but full European who have been brainwashed to the point of no return.. If you think like a Turk then your a Turk even if your not geneticaly.

No Greeks where not Ottoman they where Greek. I dont know what the difference is if it was the Ottoman Turks, the Seljuks or modern day Turks that commited mass murder.

Most Turks are not peaceful but aggresors its proven every year with their acts. I dont know why you bother attempting to prove that Turks are not the savages that they are portrayed to be by the Greeks, Armenians and so on... Your countries actions speaks for itself.

@Mr.Verenidou

Turkey is ruining its own image by publicly denying the genocide.

Even if (we are to assume that ) the things you present here were true - it still does not counter the fact that the ottoman government commited genocide against the entire armenian population of anatolia. The turkish counters clearly do not hold water.

You are presenting official policy of Turkey, say something different.

Turkey will never recognize so-called Armenian Genocide. i can tell.
Erdogan banned calling Armenian Genocide “so-called”

24.07.2007 23:26 GMT+04:00
/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The Prime Minister of Turkey Receb Tayyip Erdogan has reportedly issued a confidential decree (No. 2007-18) on July 3 banning the use of the term “sozde” (alleged or so-called in Turkish) when referring to the Armenian Genocide. The news of this “secret” directive was made public on July 19 by Turkish “Ulusal Kanal” TV and its website and reposted on several other news sites since then. Turkish denialists reacted angrily to this decree, accusing the Prime Minister of undermining their efforts against the congressional resolution on the Armenian Genocide. Turkish officials and reporters never fail to refer to the Armenian Genocide as the “so-called” or “alleged” genocide, thus casting doubt on the mass killings of Armenians by the Turkish government from 1915 to 1923. According to Erdogan’s decree, henceforth the Armenian Genocide should be described in official statements and public discourse as the “events of 1915” or “Armenian allegations regarding the events of 1915”.

The Prime Minister’s office has reportedly sent this decree to all state institutions, including all ministries, governors, mayors, universities, courts, and the General Chief of Staff. Erdogan is said to have stated in his decree that he was taking this action on the basis of a resolution adopted by the Council of Europe in February 2005. This probably is a reference to a recommendation by several Turkish non-governmental organizations in February 2005 to “cleanse Turkish textbooks of xenophobia and ultra-nationalism”. The proposal was the result of a three-year study funded by the European Commission. Ulusal Kanal explained that the Council of Europe had called on Turkey to refrain from using certain disparaging words and phrases in referring to Armenians and Greeks in Turkish textbooks, The California Courier editor Harut Sassounian told PanARMENIAN.Net.

Why would you do that considering that the genocide did happen. Why are you in denial? Just admit it the proof is everywhere.

U.S. officials head to Turkey over genocide dispute

Turkey pulls out ambassador from US

By Arshad Mohammed and Daren Butler

MOSCOW/ANKARA, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Two top U.S. officials Zionistsflew to Ankara on Saturday after a worsening of ties between the NATO allies and fears Turkey will launch a military incursion into northern Iraq to crush Kurdish rebels, diplomats said.

Relations between the two countries have been strained by a U.S. congressional resolution branding as genocide massacres of Armenians by Ottoman Turks in 1915. Some analysts believe the vote could weaken Washington'sIsreals "restraining" influence on Turkey and make an incursion more likely in coming weeks.

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Dan Fried and U.S. Undersecretary of Defense Eric Edelman The two Zionists will make the trip from Moscow where they have been accompanying Secrretary of State Condoleezza Rice Aunt sally, said a U.S. official who spoke on condition he not be named.

The two are likely to hear sharp criticism from the Turkish government, which this week recalled its ambassador to the United States to Ankara for consultations and said U.S.-Turkish relations were in danger because of the resolution.

The Turkish government, which faces pressure from the public and the army to act, has decided to seek approval from parliament next week for a major operation.

Kurdish separatist rebels said on Friday they were crossing back into Turkey to target politicians and police after the prospect of a cross-border military operation emerged.

I thought that the Pontic Greeks were ethnically cleansed from Turkey in 1923. How can you be a Pontic Greek? Don't you mean that you are living in a stolen house and stolen land that your family stole from Pontic Greeks that your ancestors killed or deported? And if you are a Pontic Greek, be careful, because if the Turkish government is reading this forum right now, they'll be knocking on your door pretty soon so they can kill you and your family.
