meaning of word

Hi,
I don't study Greek but I have a question. I'm a student majoring in linguistics and I study Coptic. It's is known that Greek words are used in coptic. so i ran into a word I can't find in Greek dictionaries and I'm sure it's Greek as it is not Coptic.
In Coptic it is written: ⲟⲣⲓⲥⲱⲡⲟⲛ
in Greek: οριΣωπον

Re: meaning of word

The only word which I know is similar is πρόσωπον (Ancient Greek) and πρόσωπο in regular Greek which means face.

I thought so too.
Is there a chance it's a variation of the word face?
If so, I didn't find any record of it.
