The city list is a bit outdated, sorry. This one is more accurate today:

1. Athens (5 mil)
2. Thessaloniki (1 mil)
3. Patras (250 K)
4. Herakleon (150 K)
5. Larissa (130 K)
6. Volos (120 K)
7. Ioannina (100 K)
8. Chalkis (90 K)
9. Serres (85 K)
10. Alexandroupolis (70 K)

Yes, Tripoli have between 25,000 and 30,000.

It has to be somewhere between the 30th and the 40th city of Greece in population.
