Help me, an LLC from USA how selling in Europe.

Hi my friends, this is my first post in Greek Realm and I’m very happy for that.

I need your help to make a limited liability company registering in USA. Because I have made a web site to selling my produce and is very difficult to do that in Greece.
My problem is:
If I need to shell in my place and the company is registered in USA for the invoices what needed exactly to edit in my customers like an LLC because here we have invoices with VAT number and cost to it 19% and in USA what exactly there is in invoice paper and how it work in business?
Please your help!!!!

For a LLC I need and EINnumber like VAT in europe how cost a EINumber for aliens and not resident in USA to make a company and what need for that?

Awesome link, Gorgona. But I think the EIN is only for employers. They also mention a TIN for filing tax returns, employment returns, etc. I wonder if it is also used for something similar to VAT, which would be equivalent to state sales taxes, I guess. Is that what you are looking for, Costas? Maybe members in the US can help. In which state do you plan to incorporate your LLC?

Hi my friend I’m very happy for your answer is very helpful but I must explain maybe better what I need.
I’m looking for a LLC make it to Delaware state because that I see it’s very simple to do they have not problem where living and only needed to do is every year to paid 225 dollars tax office like no resident company and the registered agent office cost that I need.
And now what my problem when I don’t understand and nobody explain to me and that I need to know.
In European union we have VAT cost all countries in inside market of goods from 15% in Cyprus, 19% in Greece and 21% in one different European country that never meant that where, and the goods traveling inside European union free from taxes inside EU only when someone shelling that goods have VAT number in the invoices and plus the tax cost in that.
Now, if I have got one company from U.S.A. and shelling goods in Europe the invoices when I writing that what exactly have in it because the U.S.A. there have not VAT cost with cooperative with E.U. tax cost to have it back the differences from that cost to your invoice.
Maybe able to explain it to me those point someone please?
And how cost to make EIN number in U.S.A. and the invoices how is it and that how is exactly like the company where planning to do in Delaware?

As for the invoice, as I understand it, there is no state sales tax in Delaware, so I would presume you don't have to show anything unlike where there is the VAT in Greece, you would have to show it (I guess). However, I would suggest that you check with your tax accountant to ensure that you follow the proper procedures required under US law.
