Greek Industrial Turnover, New Order Grow In April

(RTTNews) - Industrial turnover in Greece rose 20.3% year-on-year in April, the statistical office reported Thursday. A year earlier, turnover decreased 0.4%. Turnover in the mining and quarrying sector rose 6.9% and in the manufacturing sector, it was up 20.5%.

Separately, the statistical office noted that industrial new orders increased 17.1% over the previous year in April. The growth pace is significantly faster when compared to 0.6% increase recorded in the year before.
