Im not going to be vegetarian but when you read everything about what they do with the meat you will loose your apetite....

why not kale? I think its healthier overall ... though Id need to read up on it more .

Anyway, Ive reduced my intake of red meat (and started buying only organic ) and increased fish and vegetables in my diet. I feel better in myself .

What Female says is true too. Farming isnt what it used to be . So many short cuts and hormones and antibiotics injected into livestock. And the things that go on in slaughterhouses / abattoirs is scary ...

When it comes down to eating Im a fan of meat, poultry and vegetables. I dont discriminate against them.

Nothing is the way it used to be soulitaire.. Sure being a vegetarian is much healthier for you but in my opinion you have to have some meat in your diet.

Im buying my meat on a farm now where they breed their own cows, chicken and pigs. They breed a special kind of cow called Limousin. They originally come from France and they have a normall live like in summer they are outside in the meadow...the quality is better and you can tast that.
