Which country should get the new S-400 for free in retaliation for the American direct involvement in the Ossetian conflict and their plans to put missile defense shield in Poland?

The first country that is getting the S-400 first is Greece

Greece already has the S-300pmu1 and its being upgrade to S-400.

Putin gave the green light for the upgrade when he meet karamalis a few months ago

No one will get it for free

We have an unknown number of S-300s but that's old school, I want the new S-400 but the Russians said that they will not export the system for next 2-3 years. And even the they MAY not be affordable to us. But I think Greece can afford to buy dozens of those beasts.

It looks as if you guys wont be needing them Armenia and Turkey are strengthening their friendships now with the signing of electricity deals now, and not to mention that Armenia will no longer be pursuing their genocidal claims.. on the other hand Turkey i think going to get the s-300 or if not have got them!

Genocide claims will never be taken off the Agenda even if they sign that goddamn deal, I'm telling you if a president dares to disrespect the victims he will be assassinated. Secondly we need S-400 not against turkey but against azerbaijan, that is the likely enemy in the nearest future.

You regard Russia as sort of a Big Brother which they are not. If Aliev launches an invasion we will have no choice but to respond with or without the Russian help. I know the turds are tricky as hell, if we are to be as brave and tenacious as the Afghans I want our politicians to be as tricky as the turds. But if they sell electricity to improve their economy and military I'm all for it.

Dude im with you ,a few years back Turkey was about to step to help brother AZERI,but soon enf ,the big Bear stepped in causing the Turks to stick there heads back in their shell,but my point is Russia will some what help Armenia as in opposed to Azerbaijan.

IF i had to pick I would say Syria (not listed). It would be too politically heated to do Iran but someplace like Syria would still make the statement.

Considering that Russia has good relations with Israel, I doubt if they would give them for free to Syria or Iran.

If they are going to do something like this, my opinion is that they will give them to Cuba or Venezuela.
