Day dreams vs Night dreams

I know, they are two totally separate things, one you have control over, the other you don't. Which do you prefer?
I like daydreams bc. I have complete cntrol over my thoughts/ fantasies

Both can have serious consequences on the individual.
Daydreaming at work can get you fired, while Night dreams can drive you to paranoia if paid too much attention to.

Daydreaming is probably my favorite. I have done so many different things in my day dreams..

Haha I daydream too much at school it's starting to get in my way...dreams (both night and day) can inspire young, ambitious thinkers like me to do great things in life.

And sometimes dreams can be..fun ;)

Day dreaming are controled dreams , it's always nice to imagine something beautifull that might happen or that u wish to happen... It's a very good form to relax and forget about your problems and the best part is that u can do that whenever u want to. On the other hand , night dreams don't come when u want them.Some of us don't have night dreams or we do but very rare , others have a lot of them. Night dreams are something unexpected , u don't know what u're going to dream and when. And they are sometimes so bizzare , mixed persons from your life come together in strange places doing strange things...But sometimes you dream things on wich u think a lot during the day , or mean something a lot to you. I'd vote for both dreams with a little plus for night dreams because they're more complex and often a mistery.

^Actually..EVERYONE has multiple night dreams in one night, you just can't remember them, sometimes you do sometimes you don't, but EVERYONE dreams.

Somehow the term day dreaming has a negative connotation to me in that in day dreaming, you escape reality, you dream of something you don't have control of, you wish to have but don't, etc.

I did a little research , night dreaming is part of the sleep stage known as REM ( Rapid eye movement ) sleep.During a normal night of sleep, humans usually experience about four or five periods of REM sleep, they are quite short at the beginning of the night and longer toward the end. The most common emotion experienced in dreams is anxiety. Other emotions include pain, abandonment, fear, joy, happiness... Negative emotions are much more common than positive ones. 95 % of your dreams you don't remember when you wake up , sometimes you don't remember at all.
