Later, the "anarchists" reached the Ministry of Culture which is in the nearby area and attacked the buildings with tens of fuel bombs. They did not manage to harm the building but they destroyed many of the cars parked around. A police officer got injured.
According to TV, 84 persons were arrested and ALL of them were released later. |

The politicians have a lot of other issues to make pre-election promises about, before they reach this. |

They had banners supporting an "anarchist" immigrant who was arrested some months ago and he is imprisoned there now. After the incident, police motorbikes and cruisers pursued the "anarchists" in the the highway and arrested 10 of them. 9 of them realeased and 1 will go at the prosecutor. -When the police uses violence, the TV shows get full of self-proclaimed progressives who call police officers fascists etc. etc. etc. and create a huge convulsion throught the media.
-When the police has success on something, none congratulates them.
After years of this mentality, how you can except the normal police officer to behave? He is characterized by a pathetic inaction.
The "anarchists" very rarely get beat by the police. They sometimes get beat or even stabbed and shot by members of the "Chrysi avgi" and other extreme movements. |
