What do you think of Sarkozy?

Now that Sarkozy has won the elections in France do you think Greece will benefit at all from it? For one thing Sarkozy as it seems is pro US which could be a bad thing for Greece considering the US is very cold toward Greece regarding many issues such as FYROM and so on. What do you guys and girls think?

Re: What do you think of Sarkozy?

Sarkozy seems to be good and does not want Turkey in the EU not for racialist reasons but only because they are not part of Europe. Also if Im not mistaken he has a relative that is a Greek Jew from Thessaloniki so that might benefit Greece. Yes he does seem to be a kiss ass with America but he stated that he does not agree with everything America does. He also cares about the French people national identity which I find very weird since he is not even ethnically French. He also said he was going to clean up the muslim problems in the country. I think their will be a lot going on in France for the next few months.

The French could never be trusted but maybe now it might be different. France is a power house and I think with Sarkozy you will see the French a lot more different and tougher. I dont know if they will benefit Greece who really does help Greece in the issues? I think no one.

I don't know if he is pro US or not but even if he is in some issues, I don't think this has to affect the Greek-French relations as long as he doesn't follow the American policy in the issues involving Greece. And he proved he doesn't, when he expressed his opinion about Cyprus and Turkey.

The fact that the government of the USA is anti-Hellenic and the number one threat for Greece today doesn't mean that every one who has good relations with them is a threat for us too as long as what I mentioned is in effect.

Re: What do you think of Sarkozy?

To be honest I would prefer Royal on his "chair" since they needed a woman (with Royal's ideas) to handle the current situation in France. A bit more sensitivity was needed mostly referring to the student marches and the problems with emigrants they have. And tbh I don't expect this greek relative he has to give us any better treeatment than what we already receive from them. In the contrary I bet Sarkozy's American "Love" will be an issue that might even influence the EU.

Re: What do you think of Sarkozy?

Listen carefully.....
First,Do not expect a helping hand from a foreigner
Second, do not expect a Hebrew helping hand
and last but not least, Sarcozy is a puppet from the global system
he is supposed to be an ethnicist racist etc ( remember his comment last year in Paris about Black stock-people)
but he is a tool.... when the violent riots will rise again in France with dead citizens and policemen , he will be removed from the presidential chair ,
and his post will be occupied by a - supposed- democratic .....a real tyrant
Maybe these are in my imagination maybe not

Apollyon spoke
Hope you heard
