My Mood:    | Calls for end of embargo on Palestinians Calls for end of embargo on Palestinians Main opposition PASOK leader George Papandreou called for the lifting of an embargo imposed on the Palestinians after a meeting on Monday with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who is currently on a visit to Athens. Abbas also met KKE General Secretary Aleka Papariga and Synaspismos president Alekos Alavanos.
