Re: The roots of our Hellenic Language

-Cratylus-

Soc. My notion would be something of this sort:- I suspect that the sun, moon, earth, stars, and heaven, which are still the Gods of many barbarians, were the only Gods known to the aboriginal Hellenes. Seeing that they were always moving and running, from their running nature they were called Gods or runners (Theous, Theontas); and when men became acquainted with the other Gods, they proceeded to apply the same name to them all. Do you think that likely?

I have just done a search for the Glozel tablets and it appears they are located at the museum of Glozel in France :-

Musιe de Glozel, hameau de Glozel, 03250 FERRIERES-SUR-SICHON, Allier, France.

(site all in French, but I'am sure you can read it and tell us thats where they are).

Re: The roots of our Hellenic Language

Thanks for the links! The reason I asked if these peices exist for viewing is the fact that I like to tell people I'm debating with that they can physically go to a museum and look with their own eyes.
For example skops like to say Hellenes didn't start using the star of vergina till the 1970s but then one could point out numerous museums which house hellenic artifacts dating back hundreds of years BC with said star.
ANother example is when skops say their language (Bulgarian) is closer to ancient Macedonia but then you show the Pella tablet which clearly shows the Doric dialect of ancient Greek.

Since the latest anti-hellenic trend is to attack our language its good to know the physical locations of artifacts to challenge our enemies and the people they've brainwashed to see them with their own eyes.

It is impossible to make their eyes and minds to be opened, unless you hammer their heads.

Skopians are about as dumb as they come, debating with them is just a waste of time. It's best to try and show others how stupid they are!

Re: The roots of our Hellenic Language

I think maybe it's a good idea to start using the word Skop or Skopian as an adjective to describe someone or something that is stupid, dumb, ridiculous, delusional, etc. Use it enough and it will catch on, especially on the internet. They've caused a lot of damage and doubt on what Macedonians are that way. We should start doing the same. So do you think what I am saying is skopian?

Ok, so I took the first step by submitting to urban dictionary, wonder if the editors will approve it, hahaha

If you do that, you will give them more incentive to keep calling themselves "Macedonians."

Those losers will not stop calling themselves Macedonians no matter what. They have nothing to lose.
